Text

If an emergency exists, the county executive of a county may, by resolution or order:

(1)waive the prohibition under section 2 of this chapter; and
(2)allow vegetative matter resulting from landscaping maintenance and land clearing projects to be deposited in the solid waste landfill; for not more than ninety (90) days. [Pre-1996 Recodification Citation: 13-7-29-5(b).]
