§ 13-20-5-5 — County and state of origin of solid waste
For purposes of the collection of fees under IC 13-20-22, the county and state identified to the owner or operator of the
facility under section 2(1) of this chapter with respect to a quantity of
solid waste transported in a vehicle is considered the county and state
in which the entire quantity of solid waste was generated.
