Text

Upon transporting solid waste in a vehicle to a final disposal facility in Indiana for disposal, the operator of the vehicle shall identify to the owner or operator of the facility the origin of the solid waste by:

(1)county and state, if the solid waste originated in the United States; or
(2)country, if the solid waste originated outside the United States. [Pre-1996 Recodification Citation: 13-7-22-2.7(c) part.]
