§ 13-20-4-1 — Exempted vehicles
This chapter does not apply to a vehicle used exclusively to transport municipal waste that is:
(1)generated by a person; and
(2)disposed of at a site that is:
(A)owned by the person; and
(B)for the purposes of solid waste disposal, may only be used
by the person for the disposal of solid waste generated by the
person.
