Text
(a)The department shall do the following:
(1)Develop forms for applicants to the central Indiana waste
diversion project that include the following:
(A)Description of the methods for waste collection, sorting,
and diversion.
(B)Requirements for data collection and reporting, including
the amount and type of waste that is being diverted.
(C)Information on proposed entities to receive diverted waste.
(D)Any additional information necessary to assess potential
success of the proposal.
(2)Make the forms described in subdivision (1) available on or
before July 1, 2022.
(3)Accept applications through October 1, 2022, for
consideration.
(4)Provide recommendations to the Indiana recycling market
development board on or before December 1, 2022.
