Indiana Statutes
§ 13-20-25-3 — "Municipal waste"
As used in this chapter, "municipal waste" means any:
(1)garbage;
(2)refuse;
(3)industrial lunchroom waste;
(4)office waste; or
(5)other, similar material;
that results from the operation of residential, municipal, commercial,
or institutional establishments and community activities.
