§ 13-20-24-4 — Use by county or municipality of payments under host agreement
A county or municipality that receives a
payment under section 3(1) of this chapter may use the revenue only
for the construction, improvement, or maintenance of infrastructure
that supports or is otherwise related to the landfill.
