5.
(a)The goal of the program established
under this chapter is to remove at least eighty percent (80%) of all
mercury switches from end of life vehicles processed in Indiana by
motor vehicle recyclers.
(b)Implementing the program established under this chapter
addresses the mercury national emission standards for hazardous air
pollutants for facilities using recycled steel.
