Text

A retailer or wholesaler that accepts a used lead acid battery under section 2 of this chapter may not retain possession of the battery for more than ninety (90) days. A person who violates this section commits a Class C infraction. [Pre-1996 Recodification Citation: 13-1-15-8.]
