Text
A person may not create or maintain a waste tire storage site or waste tire processing operation unless the person:
(1)has registered the waste tire storage site or waste tire
processing operation under this chapter or IC 13-7-23 (before its
repeal); and
(2)holds a valid certificate of registration issued under section 3
of this chapter or IC 13-7-23-7 (before its repeal).
