Text

Except as provided in IC 13-20-9-1, a person may not knowingly combine vegetative matter resulting from landscaping maintenance and land clearing projects that is intended for:

(1)collection; and
(2)disposal at a solid waste landfill; with another type of solid waste. [Pre-1996 Recodification Citation: 13-7-35-9.]
