§ 13-19-7-7 — Department testing of water supply of East Chicago
The department shall conduct testing of the
water supply for East Chicago. Testing shall be conducted in such a
way as to determine whether the water supply for East Chicago is in
compliance with the requirements of 40 CFR 141, Subpart I, the
national primary drinking water regulations for lead and copper.
