§ 13-19-3-4 — Vertical expansions of existing permitted landfills; rules prohibited
Except as provided by sections 5 and 6 of this chapter, the board and the department may not adopt rules under section 1 of this chapter to:
(1)prohibit; or
(2)arbitrarily restrict;
vertical expansions of existing permitted landfills.
