Text

The money made available by the issuance of either direct obligation bonds or revenue bonds as provided by the water pollution control laws or IC 13-1-3 (before its repeal):

(1)constitutes a sanitary fund; and
(2)shall be used for no other purpose than for carrying out an order issued under the water pollution control laws or IC 13-1-3 (before its repeal). [Pre-1996 Recodification Citation: 13-1-3-12(c).]
