§ 13-18-3-11 — Liberal construction

Indiana·Art. 18 WATER POLLUTION CONTROL·Ch. 3 Powers and Duties Concerning Water Pollution Control
Since the water pollution control laws are necessary for the public health, safety, and welfare, the water pollution control laws shall be liberally construed to effectuate the purposes of the water pollution control laws. [Pre-1996 Recodification Citation: 13-1-3-17.]
