5.
(a)The board may adopt rules under IC 4-22-2 and IC 13-14-9 establishing standards for the reclamation and
reuse of treated wastewater.
(b)The rules adopted under subsection (a):
(1)must protect state waters and public health;
(2)may concern multiple categories of reuse; and
(3)may create a permitting process.
