Text

The board shall adopt rules for the control and prevention of pollution in waters of Indiana with any substance:

(1)that is deleterious to:
(A)the public health; or
(B)the prosecution of any industry or lawful occupation; or
(2)by which:
(A)any fish life or any beneficial animal or vegetable life may be destroyed; or
(B)the growth or propagation of fish life or beneficial animal or vegetable life is prevented or injuriously affected. [Pre-1996 Recodification Citation: 13-1-3-4(a) part.]
