§ 13-18-17-7 — Water pollution control board; construction and monitoring of surface impoundments; application

(a)The board shall adopt rules under IC 4-22-2 for the construction and monitoring of surface impoundments, including pits, ponds, and lagoons, used for the storage or treatment of nonhazardous waste and wastewater.
(b)The requirements of the rules adopted under this section must apply to all the state agencies referred to in section 5(b) of this chapter. [Pre-1996 Recodification Citation: 13-7-26-8.]
