Text

(a)The commissioner shall notify each person certified as a wastewater treatment plant operator, water treatment plant operator, or water distribution system operator under this chapter of the following:
(1)The date of the expiration of the operator's certificate.
(2)The amount of the required fee for renewal of the operator's certificate for three (3) years.
(3)The continuing education required for renewal of the operator's certificate for three (3) years.
(b)The commissioner shall provide the notice at least one (1) month in advance of the date of expiration of the person's certificate. [Pre-1996 Recodification Citation: 13-1-6-3(e).]
