Text
An onsite inspection of a confined feeding operation must be conducted in compliance with:
(1)327 IAC 19-4-1;
(2)biosecurity procedures developed by the department in
consultation with the:
(A)Indiana state board of animal health; and
(B)United States Environmental Protection Agency; and
(3)reasonable site-specific biosecurity protocols for the confined
feeding operation.
