Text
(a)A person may not start:
(1)construction of a confined feeding operation; or
(2)expansion of a confined feeding operation that increases:
(A)animal capacity; or
(B)manure containment capacity; or
(C)both;
without obtaining the prior approval of the department.
(b)A person may not operate a confined feeding operation without
obtaining the prior approval of the department.
