§ 13-17-8-2 — Fees; owner or operator of source requiring permit

(a)The owner or operator of a source subject to the requirement to obtain a permit necessary to implement 42 U.S.C. 7661 through 7661f shall pay a fee determined by the board under rules adopted under IC 4-22-2.

(b)The department shall do the following:

(1)Collect the fees described in subsection (a).

(2)Deposit the fees in the Title V operating permit program trust fund. [Pre-1996 Recodification Citation: 13-1-1-26(a),
