Text

A private citizen, the commissioner, the governor, or the attorney general may initiate a civil action under:

(1)IC 13-14-10-2;
(2)IC 13-15-3-6;
(3)IC 13-17-4;
(4)IC 13-30-1-1 through IC 13-30-1-7;
(5)IC 13-30-3-2 through IC 13-30-3-9; or
(6)IC 32-30-6-7; whichever is applicable, to enjoin or abate emissions resulting from the operation of an existing emitting facility or source. [Pre-1996 Recodification Citation: 13-10-4-1(f).]
