Text
The commissioner may do the following:
(1)Inspect the site of an asbestos project:
(A)during the project; or
(B)after the project is completed.
(2)Conduct an investigation of an asbestos project upon:
(A)the commissioner's own initiation; or
(B)the receipt of a complaint by a person.
