Text
A unit described in section 4 of this chapter is not required to have a separate approval under IC 13-17-7 if the unit:
(1)is being operated under a valid existing operating permit
issued under IC 13-17-7; and
(2)is in compliance with the applicable federal requirements
listed in section 4 of this chapter;
when it is used to dispose of and destroy drugs under this chapter.
