§ 13-17-11-1 — Applicability of chapter
This chapter does not apply to a thermal oxidation unit that would be used by a person that:
(1)generates soil contaminated by petroleum or a petroleum
byproduct at a site owned or operated by the person; and
(2)remediates the soil at the same site.
