Text

(a)This section does not apply to permit applications described in section 1(a)(1) or 1(a)(2) of this chapter.
(b)If the department determines that a public hearing should be held under:
(1)IC 13-15-3-3; or
(2)any other applicable rule or law; the commissioner has thirty (30) days in addition to the number of days provided for in section 1 of this chapter in which to approve or deny the application. [Pre-1996 Recodification Citation: 13-7-10.1-4(b).]
