§ 13-15-4-18 — Remedies not exclusive
The remedies provided in this chapter are
not the exclusive remedies available to a permit applicant. A permit
applicant's election of a remedy under this chapter does not preclude
the permit applicant from seeking other remedies available at law or in
equity.
