Text
(a)The department shall administer the fund.
Revenue that accrues to the fund is continuously appropriated to the
department for the purpose set forth in subsection (c).
(b)Expenses of administering the fund shall be paid from money in
the fund.
(c)Money in the fund may be used only to pay the costs incurred by
the department in operating the permit programs conducted under:
(1)IC 13-18-10;
(2)IC 13-18-20;
(3)IC 13-18-20.5;
(4)IC 13-20-21; and
(5)IC 13-22-12.
