Text

(a)For the payment of fees under this chapter, the department shall accept any of the following:
(1)Cash.
(2)A draft.
(3)A money order.
(4)A cashier's, certified, or personal check.
(5)An electronic fund transfer, if the department makes payment by this means available.
(b)If:
(1)the department receives an uncertified personal check for the payment of a fee; and
(2)the check does not clear the bank; the department may void the license, registration, or certificate for which the check was received.
(c)Unless designated by rule, a fee is not refundable or transferable. [Pre-1996 Recodification Citation: 13-7-10-1.2(g).]
