Text
(a)The department may propose to the board
the:
(1)adoption;
(2)repeal;
(3)rescission; or
(4)amendment;
of any rule or standard.
(b)The rules proposed by the department must be adopted by the
board under IC 4-22-2 and IC 13-14-9 before the rules become
effective.
