(a)A person affected by a decision of the commissioner under sections 8 and 9 of this chapter may, within fifteen
(15)days after receipt of notice of the decision, appeal the decision to the office of administrative law proceedings. All proceedings under this section to appeal the commissioner's decision are governed by IC 4-21.5.
(b)The commissioner's decision to grant a variance does not take effect until available administrative remedies are exhausted. [Pre-1996 Recodification Citation: 13-7-7-6(e).]
