Text

The:

(1)governor may assign to the board the adoption of rules in any area not provided for by law as of September 1, 1985; or
(2)board may directly exercise that power until a specific agency for the exercise of the power is created. [Pre-1996 Recodification Citation: 13-7-6-7.]
