§ 13-14-1-2 — Program of continuing surveillance and inspection
The department shall conduct a program of continuing surveillance and inspection of the following:
(1)Solid waste management sites.
(2)Actual or threatened sources of environmental pollution by
contamination, radiation, odor, or noise.
