§ 13-14-1-12 — Enforcement of rules
The commissioner shall enforce rules consistent with the purposes of:
(1)air pollution control laws;
(2)water pollution control laws;
(3)IC 13-18-9;
(4)IC 13-18-10;
(5)IC 13-19-3; and
(6)IC 36-9-30.
