§ 13-14-1-10 — Programs and facilities; assistance to local units
The department shall encourage and assist units of local government in developing programs and facilities for the following:
(1)Air, water, radiation, odor, and noise pollution control.
(2)Wastewater treatment.
(3)Water resource development.
(4)Solid waste management.
