§ 13-13-8-9 — Quorum
Eight (8) members of the board, five (5) of
whom must be appointed members of the board, constitute a quorum.
A quorum must be present to transact business at a meeting of the
board. Meetings of the board are subject to the public meeting
requirements under IC 5-14-1.5.
