Text
(a)The term of a member appointed to the
panel under section 2(1) or 2(2) of this chapter is two (2) years and
expires June 30 of each odd-numbered year.
(b)The term of a member appointed to the panel under section 2(3)
of this chapter is four (4) years. The term expires June 30, 2025, and
each fourth year thereafter.
(c)Members of the panel may be reappointed to successive terms.
However, an appointing authority may replace a member at any time
during the member's term.
