Text

(a)The remediation and closure goals, objectives, and standards for all remediation projects conducted under IC 13-22, IC 13-23, IC 13-24, and IC 13-25-4 shall be consistent with the remediation objectives set forth in IC 13-25-5-8.5, regardless of whether the remediation project begins before July 1, 2009, or after June 30, 2009.
(b)The groundwater quality standards adopted under IC 13-18-17-5 shall allow, as appropriate, groundwater remediations to be consistent with the remediation objectives set forth in IC 13-25-5-8.5.
