§ 13-11-2-92 — "Groundwater monitoring well"
Indiana·Art. 11 DEFINITIONS
"Groundwater monitoring well", for
purposes of IC 13-20-21 and IC 13-22-12, means a device required by
a permit condition or applicable rule to monitor the quality of
groundwater during a twelve (12) month period.
