§ 13-11-2-88 — "Garbage"
Indiana·Art. 11 DEFINITIONS
"Garbage", for purposes of environmental management laws, means all putrescible animal solid, vegetable solid, and semisolid wastes resulting from the:
(1)processing;
(2)handling;
(3)preparation;
(4)cooking;
(5)serving; or
(6)consumption;
of food or food materials.
