§ 13-11-2-82 — "Final disposal facility"
Indiana·Art. 11 DEFINITIONS
(a)"Final disposal facility", for purposes of
IC 13-20-3, IC 13-20-5, IC 13-20-22, and IC 13-21, means any of the
following:
(1)A landfill.
(2)An incinerator.
(3)A waste-to-energy facility.
(b)The term does not include a transfer station or an advanced
recycling facility.
