§ 13-11-2-74 — "Executive"
Indiana·Art. 11 DEFINITIONS
"Executive" means the following:
(1)The board of commissioners of a county that does not have a
consolidated city.
(2)The mayor of the consolidated city, for a county having a
consolidated city.
(3)The mayor of a city.
(4)The president of the town council of a town.
