§ 13-11-2-72 — "Environmental wastes"
Indiana·Art. 11 DEFINITIONS
"Environmental wastes", for purposes of IC 13-27, means all environmental pollutants, wastes, discharges, and emissions, regardless of:
(1)whether or how they are regulated; and
(2)whether they are released to the general environment or the
workplace environment.
