Text
3."Environmental legal action", for
purposes of IC 13-30-9, means any legal action brought to recover
reasonable costs associated with a removal or remedial action involving
a hazardous substance or petroleum released into the surface or
subsurface soil or groundwater that poses a risk to human health and
the environment.
