§ 13-11-2-63 — "Eligible state"
Indiana·Art. 11 DEFINITIONS
"Eligible state", for purposes of IC 13-29-1,
means a state qualified to be a party state to the Midwest Interstate
Compact on Low-Level Radioactive Waste as provided in Article VIII
of the compact.
