§ 13-11-2-59 — "District plan"
Indiana·Art. 11 DEFINITIONS
"District plan", for purposes of IC 13-21,
refers to a district solid waste management plan adopted or amended
under IC 13-21-5 or IC 13-9.5-4 (before its repeal).
