Text

(a)"Decommissioning", for purposes of IC 13-23, means the removal or closure of an underground storage tank or aboveground storage tank.

(b)"Decommissioning", for purposes of IC 13-29-1, means the measures taken at the end of a facility's operating life to assure the continued protection of the public from any residual radioactivity or other potential hazards present at a facility. [Pre-1996 Recodification Citation: 13-5-9-2 part.]
