§ 13-11-2-50 — "Decommissioning"
Indiana·Art. 11 DEFINITIONS
(a)"Decommissioning", for purposes of IC 13-23, means the removal or closure of an underground storage tank or
aboveground storage tank.
(b)"Decommissioning", for purposes of IC 13-29-1, means the
measures taken at the end of a facility's operating life to assure the
continued protection of the public from any residual radioactivity or
other potential hazards present at a facility.
