§ 13-11-2-49 — "Damage"
Indiana·Art. 11 DEFINITIONS
"Damage", for purposes of IC 13-24-2, means damage of any kind for which liability may exist under Indiana law:
(1)resulting from;
(2)arising out of; or
(3)related to;
the discharge or threatened discharge of oil.
