5. "Control alternative", for purposes of IC 13-18, means any of the following measures, or any combination of the following measures, for the control of wet weather flows in a combined sewer system:
(1)Source controls.
(2)Collection system controls.
(3)Storage technologies.
(4)Treatment technologies.
